How do I return/exchange my purchased items?
In the event that the goods you ordered do not fit or are not to your liking, you can return them within 15 days of receipt for a REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ( minus Shipping & Packing ). Please note we can only accept unworn items. We therefore recommend that you try on shoes on soft surfaces (carpet).Be sure not to remove any labels and or soil the goods. This saves both you and us time and inconvenience. *( all exchanges are based on stock availability)
Step 1. Send us your returns request via email
Please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
and the following information so we can send you a return form to be filled out
Which products you would like to return/exchange
Reason for return (not mandatory)
The new size and product you would like in exchange if appropriate
Step 2. Send via Post
After you have carefully repackaged the products to be returned, just bring it to your prefer carrier. Please note that the return postage costs are not covered by us. Please keep the receipt which serves you as a proof in case the parcel gets lost on the way to us.

Step 3: Exchange processed/Refund or Store Credit of the Purchase Price minus $ 17 shipping fee.
Your exchange will be processed and confirmed by email. Store Credit will be credited in a One-time use Store Coupon in the amount of the purchase minus the shipping fee within 2 days on receipt of the goods.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
JUST A MEN SHOE will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit without confirmation of delivery. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
All LAST PAIRS items are final and not returnable for any reason.
All orders placed during our Pre-Order Events can only be return for an exchange for a different size or style with the same purchase value, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
