In the event that the goods you ordered do not fit or are not to your liking, you can return them within 15 days of receipt for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ( minus Shipping & Packing ). Please note we can only accept unworn items. We therefore recommend that you try on shoes on soft surfaces (carpet).Be sure not to remove any labels and or soil the goods. This saves both you and us time and inconvenience. *( all exchanges are based on stock availability)

Your exchange will be processed and confirmed by email. Store Credit will be credited in a One-time use Store Coupon in the amount of the purchase minus the shipping cost within 2 days on receipt of the goods.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.As we are trying to provide the lowest cost possible we have a limit of one return per order.
JUST A MEN SHOE will not be responsible for any return packages lost in transit without confirmation of delivery. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

All orders placed during our Pre-Order Events can only be return for store credit.
